The staff were very accommodating with any of my requests.
Upon arrival, I struggled to find the reception as there were no clear signs directing me. Additionally, the room felt quite outdated, and after one night, I found myself with bed bites, hinting at a cleanliness issue that shouldn't be overlooked.

This hotel had its ups and downs. I loved the recently renovated room with a charming atmosphere. The air-conditioning and small balcony made our stay enjoyable as we relaxed after busy days. Having a restaurant right below was a big plus for breakfast and dinner. However, entering the hotel was a bit confusing since it took time to figure out the entrance within the larger building. The laundry service promised was nonexistent, which was disappointing. Also, the old-fashioned keys were a hassle. it would be much easier to use keycards. Lastly, the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was pretty disruptive at times. Despite these issues, the staff were always helpful and friendly, which certainly added to the overall experience.
